Nicole came to see me for the weekend and we had a great time. We went to a ROCKIN Saves the Day show on friday night, and then among various other things, went to NYC to see Shannon on Saturday night. I only took a few pictures from Saturday but they are still good ones

Okay so I know this entry is delayed about a month, haha, but I finally have DSL in my room on my good computer and its very exciting, so now you can watch out for lots and lots of updates. Anyways, Andy and I went to visit Calvin and Forrest at Rutgers and it was loads of fun. I'd say everyone should do it, but they're already home from school now, hah.

Goodbye Party :(

So it's the end of the year and it is time to start saying goodbye to all the great friends I've made this year, and let me tell you it sucks a whole lot. We had a small get together tonight because it was the last night we'd all be here (minus Shannon, but she was there in spirit...and on the phone during the commercials of Capelle's Show). Anyways, I'll miss you guys so freaking much!

So Lisa, Sara, Nicole, Caitlin, and I decided that since it was 87 degrees out, we should go study for our finals at the beach. It was all well and good until the wind started to pick up and we got smacked in the face multiple times by walls of sand. Everything we brought there and consequently now everything we own is covered in sand. But it was totally worth it. It was sooo nice out. Not to mention the fact that I met some guy who has a family who owns a record label and he gave me the business card so I can get an internship. Oh yeah, What now?

So we decided to go to the zoo on Friday because zoo's are fun and they had a wheelchair for me to rent. So Andy pushed me around the zoo and we had fun even though the zoo was kind of disappointing. We had fun, and then we just hung around the dorm with everyone for the rest of the night.

Big D and the Kids Table and Northeastern :)

So even though I couldn't dance, I went to see Big D and the Kids Table play at my school. They played in afterhours which is the smallest venue I've seen them at in a long long time and it was amazing. Not too many people there which was kind of dissapointing but I was having so much fun dancing while sitting on a table right next to the stage that it didn't matter. Big D makes me so happy

So I went home again this past weekend for unfortunate circumstances. If you regularly check my fotopage and read the comment for the entry before this, I said that some bad news ruined the weekend. Well, the bad news was that a friend of mine from high school passed away. I went home for his funeral. On Friday night, a bunch of us went to Hooters to try and get my mind off stuff. Then on Saturday I went to the funeral and although it was easily the sadest two hours ever in life, it made me feel better. Since I was home anyway, I was going to go to the annual Fireman Dinner with Andy. However, fate did not agree that I should go and Andy and I got in a car accident. I sprained my ankle pretty bad and spent 3 hours of Saturday in the hospital. At least it's not broken. But I'm stuck with hopping around campus with crutches for the rest of the semester and it sucks. a whole lot. Anyways, I was lucky enough to have this AWESOME friend named Erin to drive me back to Boston on Sunday so that I wouldn't have to travel with a sprained ankle and public transportation. She is amazing to do that for me and I am forever in her debt. I love you Erin. So despite Saturday being completely awful, being home was necessary for my sanity, which is why it still was sort of a good weekend. Enjoy the pictures.
P.S. since i have to be on crutches my friends at school have been helping me out by opening doors and leaving early and walking slowly and getting my food at the dinning hall and I'm so grateful to have such great friends. I love you guys. Sorry I'm such an imposition
